CoLocation services are provided
at both of our wholly-owned and operated Data Centres / NOCs:
- DCA2 in Tyson's Corner, McLean, VA, and
- SEA2 in Tukwila, Seattle, WA.
A number of service options are provided, ranging from
colocation only, to fully managed service. The minimum
service commitment is one rack and 10 Mb/s (we do not provide
colocation for one or a few servers or web hosting; for
those services, please contact one of our resellers),
though typically our customers have multiple racks (or
private rooms or cages) and triple to quadruple digit Mb/s
bandwidth.
In addition to colocation, we offer
a wide range of managed services, including, but not limited
to: hardware provisioning and support, full server installation
and maintenance of OS, installation and maintenance of
various applications and custom scripts / custom projects,
in-depth monitoring of servers, services, and applications
and appropriate emergency response, custom project design
and development services, customized Internet route engineering,
high-traffic event capacity and performance planning and implementation (hosting),
and so forth.
Bandwidth for colocation may be purchased from
our superior national coast-to-coast hopone.net network and/or
from a number of other carriers present at our Data Centres. There is ample
transport (fibre) capacity at our Data Centres from various telcos, too.
